Sleeping on the water
A freshwater sailor experience

For those who appreciate a slow pace and eco-friendly holidays, staying at the Houseboats on the Lake is an opportunity to truly get away from it all. The anchored boats have been designed to limit the impact on nature and preserve the magical setting of Serre-Ponçon lake.

With their own energy supply, the Houseboats on the Lake have their own water supply, a gas cylinder and solar panels. They produce enough power to illuminate your nights, keep you warm and ensure optimum comfort throughout this unique stay. Please remember to bring biodegradable hygiene products only, because every little bit counts for the planet. We rent fishing gear to those want to truly eat local.
